
Preparation of presentations for the virtual Conference
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
The presenter must create the presentation in PowerPoint format, using the base template that can be found above. You must sent two files:
- Video generated from the PowerPoint with the audio and video narration of the communication. The final video format must be an MP4 file, with a maximum of 15 minutes.
- PowerPoint files are not allowed.
- Final video format: *.mp4 (MPEG-4)
- Video resolution: 1920*1080 (FHD)
- Maximum video size: 200 Mb
- Total video time: Between 12 and 15 minutes
- PDF file generated from PowerPoint with all slides in the communication (maximum 15 slides).

- PowerPoint files are not supported.
- Maximum PDF size: 5 Mb.
Both files must be sent via link with the following guidelines when filling in the different fields of the form:
- From: Author's Email.
- Subject: CIPE 2021 – First and last name of the first author.
- Message Body, Specify:
- Type: ORAL
- Thematic Area of Communication.
- TOPIC of communication.
- Communication ID code (received in the confirmation email at the time of sending the communication, can also be consulted in the personal area /Sent Work)
- Communication title
- Add files/Drag files: attach the presentation files with the indicated format and size, in addition to the indications given according to each type of presentation. Once uploaded, the files will be reflected on the screen.
- Attach PDF Presentation
- Attach Video Presentation in .mp4 file
- Once all the steps have been performed, press the button: Submit. Deadline for submissions: EXTENDED until May 7
The works will be exposed during the virtual congress from day one. The authors will be able to solve the possible doubts of the attendees in the Q&A section available for each presentation without fixed schedule.
SYMPOSIA
Each symposia consists of a coordinator and several speakers. For the generation of the symposia, a recording must be made for each of the presentations of the symposia by each speaker and a general recording of the discussion with all the speakers and the coordinator together:
1.- Recording and sending the presentation: Each speaker/presenter must create their presentation in PowerPoint and once finished must be sent a video with the audio and video narration of the presentation with a maximum duration of between 10 and 15 minutes, the entire symposium will have a maximum length of 60 minutes, plus 15 minutes video discussion.
The final video file must meet the following specifications:
- PowerPoint files are not allowed.
- Final video format: *.mp4 (MPEG-4).
- Video resolution: 1920*1080 (FHD).
- Maximum video size: 100mb.
- Total video time: Between 10 and 15 minutes
The video generated from the presentation must be sent via the "Presentation files submission" button that you can find above with the following guidelines when filling in the different fields of the form:
- From: Email from the speaker.
- Subject: CIPE 2021 – Name and surname of speaker
- Message Body, specify:

- Type: PRESENTATION FOR SYMPOSIA
- SYMPOSIA CODE ID (received by the coordinator in the confirmation email at the time of sending it, can also be consulted in the personal area /Sent Works)
- Title of the presentation
- Symposia title
- Add files/Drag files: attach the video file with the indicated format and size, in addition to the indications of the message body. Once uploaded, the files will be reflected on the screen.

- Attach presentation video/s to .mp4
- Once all steps have been performed, press the: Submit
2.- Recording and sending the discussion: Speakers and coordinators must meet in a group call with some ZOOM or similar application, which allows such online meeting, and must record such meeting. The debate should be at most 15 minutes.
The final video file must meet the following specifications:
- Final video format: *.mp4 (MPEG-4).
- Video resolution: The one that allows the application to zoom.
- Maximum video size: 100mb.
- Total video time: Between 12 and 15 minutes
The video generated from the discussion, you must send it through the "Presentation files submission" button that you can find above, with the following guidelines when filling the form:
- From: Email from the symposia coordinator.
- Subject: CIPE 2021 – Name and surname of the coordinator.
- Message Body, Specify:

- Type: SYMPOSIA DISCUSSION.
- SYMPOSIA ID code (received in the confirmation email at the time of submission, can also be found in the personal area/Submitted Works)
- Title/name of the symposia
- Add Files/Drag Files: Attach the video file with the specified format and size, in addition to the message body prompts. Once uploaded, the files will be reflected on the screen.

- Once all the steps have been performed, press the: Submit Video submission deadline: EXTENDED until May 7
Symposia will be on display during the virtual congress from day one. The coordinators/speakers will be able to solve the possible doubts of the attendees in the Q&A section available without a fixed schedule.
POSTER
The presenter must create his/her pre-recorded presentation in PowerPoint format, using the base template that can be found above and once finished he/she must send two files:
- Video generated from the PowerPoint with the audio and video narration of the communication. The final video format must be MP4, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes and a maximum of 5 slides.

- Video resolution: 1920*1080 (FHD).
- Maximum video size: 100mb.
- Total video time: Between 4 and 5 minutes.
- PDF file generated from PowerPoint with all communication slides.
